These Terms govern your use of Combo Comet (the "App") provided by [YOUR COMPANY / DEVELOPER NAME] ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use online features. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Your account
You may play as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Guest progress may be lost if you uninstall the App or reset your device without linking an account.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer (except where the law allows), or distribute the App.
4. Virtual items
Coins, boosters, skins, themes, XP, Season Pass rewards and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold. We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items. Unused items are lost if your account is deleted.
5. Ads and purchases
The App is free and supported by ads, including optional rewarded ads. If in-app purchases (such as "Remove Ads") are offered, they are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds are handled by them according to their policies and applicable law.
6. Fair play and conduct
You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or modified clients, manipulate leaderboards, duels, leagues or referral rewards, create multiple accounts to abuse rewards, harass others, or choose usernames that are offensive, impersonate others or infringe rights. We may reset scores, remove rewards, rename, suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
Adaptive difficulty. In Endless, Adventure and Zen, the piece dealer adapts to your own play history (for example it is gentler in your first games, after several quick losses, after a revive, and near your best score, and harder deeper into a long run). It always deals at least one piece that fits when one can fit, it never changes your score, and it does not use your device, location, purchases or ad revenue. The Daily Puzzle and Duels do not adapt: every player gets the identical piece sequence. Settings for this may be tuned remotely and may differ between test groups.
7. User content
Usernames and avatars you choose are visible to others. You grant us a license to display them within the App.
8. Availability
Online features (leaderboards, Daily Puzzle ranking, duels, leagues, friends, cloud sync) require an internet connection and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. Weekly leagues, seasons and events may be adjusted at our discretion.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or where required by law.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [India], and courts at [Bengaluru, Karnataka] have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
